As an after dinner Liqueur, Cock o' the North is best served on ice and taken straight.
Try one shot of Cock o' the North topped up with Champagne - The fruity flavours of the Blaeberry mix smoothly into the Champagne. The combination of bubbles, Single Malt & Scottish berries packs quite a punch.
As a refreshing drink try Cock o' the North and Ginger Ale poured over plenty of ice - don't make the fatal mistake of using Cock o' The North sparingly.
Ground coffee, frothy milk and a generous shot of Cock o' the North. Put whipped cream on top and grated dark chocolate ... forget the diet.
On Vanilla Ice Cream - Addictive
200g Ginger snap biscuits (crushed)
50g Butter (melted)
2 x 250g Mascarpone Cheese
40g Icing Sugar (sifted)
Finely Grated Zest & Juice of 2 Limes
1. Mix together the crushed biscuits & melted butter & press into base of 7 inch loose bottomed tin (put in fridge whilst making tort).
2. Place Mascarpone, Icing Sugar, Lime Zest & Juice in bowl & beat together. Add Cock o' the North to taste (say 4 shots). Then spread over biscuit base.
3. Chill for 30 mins ... seek & destroy.
